FOR CHILDREN
The Tramunkids is a learning race which started through the more established LaTramun. Since 2012, this race aims to give the younger ones the possibility to discover, try and/or improve in the various disciplines in the world of cycling. The following non-competitive activities will be run by our expert instructors:
Riding on a Pumptrack
Riding on a Pumptrack The circuit is intended to recreate the various types of obstacles that can be found in a MTB race for adults, such as jumps, ramps, all kinds of turns, mud, inclines… All adapted to the needs of the riders. To be done in pairs.
Adventure Park
Adventure Park Area without bicycles where the child can enjoy several adventure activities such as a zip-line, archery, rock climbing, rappel…
Trials
Trials. Track with artificial obstacles placed so that to be able to go over them some skills and balance on the bike are required. An instructor will guide the participants and show them the basic techniques of trials riding.
Animation and recreational area
Animation and recreational area This space is planned for children to learn and enjoy complementary activities not related directly to MTB. There will be bouncy castles and other elements.
SPEECHES
In order to provide more content of interest for the riders, we propose three speeches within the programme of events for La Tramun:
Josep Codinach – Training. Tribiketrainer has achieved a significant reputation in the province of Girona as one of the best personal training services for professional and amateur riders.
Emi Molina – Bike Fit. More and more cyclists every day see the need to have their bicycle perfectly adjusted to their body and sport objectives.
Lluís Muntané – How to avoid injuries and achieve the maximum pedalling efficiency.
